The arrest of general Ratko Mladic is an imperial order, which the quisling regime of the Republic of Serbia was obligated to fulfill.

The Serbs were a constituent nation in Hungary, Austria, Venice, the kingdom of Yugoslavia and communist Yugoslavia betore the 15th century and the beginning of the 90s of the 20th century. However, the Croatian regime deprived the Serbs of their constituent rights, expelled 80% of them from the Republic of Serbian Krajina (an UN-protected zone according to resolution 743/1992) and obtained their private property. When Croatia unleashed a terror campaign against the Serbs in 1991 (as it had also done during WW2 when it established death camps for Serbs, Jews and Gypsies) general Ratko Mladic served the Yugoslav federal army in Knin, the Republic of Serbian Krajina. In that year, Ratko Mladic managed to prevent a Croatian paramilitary unit for expelling the Serbian population from Dalmatia. On 6 April, general Ratko Mladic prevented Croatian aggression in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well. On 3 April 1992, the Croatian army attacked the Serbian community of Kupres by expelling and murdering Serbian civilians. General Ratko Mladic expelled those Croatian forces and prevented the escalation of Croatian atrocities amongst the civilian population of the community of Kupres in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was then a federal unit of Yugoslavia.
The NATO and the former European Community ordered the Croatian and Bosnian Muslim politicians of Bosnia and Herzegovina to conduct an irregular secession of BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina) from Yugoslavia, by ignoring the will of the Serbian nation to remain in Yugoslavia. Since that moment, the Croatian and Bosnian Muslim paramilitary formations started to expel and murder Serbian citizens throughout BiH. Ratko Mladic as a commander within the Yugoslav federal army and later the general of the army of the Republic of Srpska led actions to prevent the Croatian and Bosnian Muslim paramilitary forces from realizing their genocidal intentions against the Serbian population. The Hague Tribunal was organized by the NATO-nations which orchestrated the collapse of Yugoslavia. The Serbian quisling regime has recently acted upon the NATO's and EU's orders to capture general Ratko Mladic (who defended his country and people). The Hague court is not a court of justice. At that so called court, it is not allowed to mention the fact that the NATO set put conditions for the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Ratko Mladic had been fighting against the realization of their plan to destroy Yugoslavia.

The Government and the Parliament of the Republic of Serbian Krajina declares, that the arrest of general Ratko Mladic is a terrible immoral act by the Serbian president and state. The Government of Boris Tadic is far more worse than the quisling government of Milan Nedic from WW2. The government of Milan Nedic accepted all Serbian refugees who escaped from the territories which were occupied by Nazi-Croatia and took care of them. However, the current Serbian quisling government surrenders Serbs who managed to escape from the hands of the Croatian-Muslim armed formations between 1990 and 1995. The current quisling regime of Bosnia and Herzegovina also arrested a Krajina Serb Mile Dakic, when he was returning to Serbia after a meeting in Banja Luka which was dedicated to the Croatian genocide of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies in death camp Jasenovac in WW2. Mile Dakic was not a member of the Republic of Serbian Krajina’s and military organs and state organs, but he wrote books and examined the crimes against Serbs during the collapse of Yugoslavia. Therefore, he has been arrested by the quisling forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
